RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 


Digital Product Terms & Conditions (No Refunds)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products provided by RISE! Empowerment (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Nature of Digital Products

Our products are delivered instantly in a digital format. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Downloadable templates
  • Workbooks, guides, and      toolkits
  • Digital courses or modules
  • PDFs, spreadsheets, and other      digital resources

Once the product has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

3. No Refund Policy

Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including:

  • Accidental purchase
  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Incompatibility with your      device or software
  • Perceived lack of value

Please ensure the product meets your needs before purchasing.

4. Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your digital product via:

  • Direct download
  • Email delivery
  • Customer portal access

It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files.

5. Licence & Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable licencefor personal or professional use. You may not:

  • Share, resell, or      redistribute the product
  • Modify and resell the product
  • Claim the product as your own      intellectual property

All materials remain the intellectual property of RISE! Empowerment.

6. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software, device, and internet connection to access the product. We are not responsible for:

  • Device incompatibility
  • Download issues caused by      your internet connection
  • Loss of files after download

If you experience access issues, we will support you in re-delivering the product where possible.

7. Product Updates

We may update or improve digital products over time. Updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

All digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee:

  • Career outcomes
  • Promotions
  • Interview success
  • Any specific professional      result

Your progress depends on your own effort, context, and application of the materials.

RISE! Empowerment – Returns & Refunds Policy 

Physical Products

1. Overview

RISE! Empowerment is committed to delivering high‑quality physical products, including workbooks, planners, apparel, stationery, and desk accessories. This policy explains your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return or refund for physical goods.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original      condition
  • Unworn and unwashed (for      apparel)
  • Unmarked and undamaged (for      books, planners, stationery)
  • Returned in the original      packaging, including tags, inserts, and accessories

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligiblefor return.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products (instant      downloads)
  • Used or opened stationery      items
  • Customised or personalised      products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email Contact@risempowerment.org.uk      with your order      number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility      and provide return instructions.
  3. Items must be returned within      7      days of      approval.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the      original payment method
  • Refunds cover the product      cost only (shipping fees are non‑refundable)
  • Please allow up to 10 business      days for      processing

If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size (apparel)
  • Faulty or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage
  • Your order number

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

8. Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order does not arrive:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery      date
  • We will investigate with the      courier
  • Replacements or refunds are      issued once the investigation is complete

We cannot refund orders marked as “delivered” unless evidence of courier error is provided.

9. Responsibility During Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items reach us safely. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
