Rise! Empowerment was founded in 2013 by Patricia Mcleod after spending decades devising and contributing innovative employment support initiatives that have completely changed the way that organisations work in partnership to deliver employment support strategies nationally in the UK.
Patricia is the creator of the 'Group Work Focused Interview Initiative (GWFI)' which was rolled out nationally by Jobcentre Plus. GWFI enabled JCP to exceed achievement of work-focused interview 'Key Performance Indicators' (KPIs) as well as foster closer collaborative working relationships with partner organisations.
Rise! Empowerment supports qualified professionals from communities who are routinely undervalued, undermined, utilised as operational commodities and overlooked when it comes to landing well-paid opportunities that offer genuine lucrative career progression routes.
